Goodwill's Core Values
The Core Values are the fundamental principles and beliefs that guide Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois. There are the central concepts that define who we are and how we work. The Core Values provide us with a basis for action and communicate the expectations we hold for our behaviors and ourselves. As such, these Core Values are the foundation of our operations and our organization.
