We make every effort to comply with governmental recall notices regarding consumer products. Recall lists and a list of commonly resold children’s products and materials are noted daily and included in employee education and training.

Goodwill is not required to test for lead or phthalates under CPSCA; however, we do comply and make every effort to identify non-compliant products.
