Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois has a NO REFUND policy on all items except electrical merchandise.

All electrical items have a money-back guarantee if a receipt is brought back within three days of original purchase date.

Sales Policy

All items with a tag removed cannot be sold. They will be re-processed and for sale the next business day.
