Congratulations to Emma Hoffman of our Peru location! She has been named Employee of Excellence for the Third Quarter of 2022.
It is no secret that an essential part of every team is an employee who can brighten the day of everyone they interact with, while also going above and beyond in their responsibilities. Peru is lucky to have Emma, who does just that.
Emma is punctual and eager for every shift, even taking on extra work. She does not shy away from new things; she works in all areas of the store and is always ready to help when the going gets tough. She is meticulous and loves to learn, opting to asks questions when unsure rather than rushing through or doing tasks incorrectly.
Emma is not only an employee; she is a teammate and a friend to everyone in Peru.
