Employee of Excellence – Nick Degler
Congratulations to Nick Degler, Goodwill’s 2024 Fourth Quarter Employee of Excellence Award winner.
As Goodwill’s Logistics Manager, Nick’s job is very fast-paced and very important. Not only does he manage the warehouse and manage donation deliveries to stores, but he must also make sure the stores and donation centers get everything they need. Nick also oversees recycling efforts and jumps on a forklift when he as to. His job never seems to end, but Nick does it well, always keeping in mind that our stores and donation centers depend on him.
