It’s easy to go to work, do what is expected of you, and go home. But the truly exceptional employees are the ones who go that extra mile. Craig Morgan of our Peru store is one such employee.
In retail, maintaining an organized warehouse is crucial. While not falling under Craig’s job duties, he took on the job of organizing the Peru store’s warehouse. His work has added to the efficiency of the store and made everyone’s job easier.
Craig’s extra effort doesn’t stop there. He trains new donation attendants and is always willing to help, no matter what the task.
