Employee of Excellence – Enola
Goodwill has many exceptional employees, and we want to recognize them.
That’s why we 
developed the Goodwill Employee of Excellence Award.
Enola Mathis works at our Canton store and has spent 13 years providing excellence on behalf of Goodwill. She is described as “confident, attentive, and goal oriented,” by the store manager. Enola is often put in charge of the store when the manager is not on duty.
She is always working to improve her performance and that of her team. We need employees like Enola because the work we do benefits the community and that is what Goodwill is all about.
