Pricing
Clothing items are priced consistently from store to store. Managers price furniture and household items based on guidelines that take into account the quality and condition of the item in question. Antiques and specialty items may follow different pricing guidelines. Prices are not negotiable, and Goodwill does not give price adjustments. Pricing policies apply to Goodwill stores within central Illinois only.
Returns
At Goodwill’s stores, customers can return merchandise within 14 days of purchase with the receipt for any reason and receive the full value on a Goodwill gift card. All returned merchandise must have original tags attached and will require a valid driver’s license or state identification card to complete the transaction. Gift cards will have no expiration dates and can be used at customer’s discretion. Please note that Goodwill of Central Illinois stores can only accept returns from purchases made in our central Illinois territory. Locations are available here. All Goodwill agencies are independent nonprofit organizations with distinct policies. We are unable to accept returns from purchases made outside of Goodwill of Central Illinois’ territory.
Payment Methods
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Goodwill Gift Cards.
