Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois offers many opportunities and services for youth ages 12-17. All of our youth services are geared toward building self-esteem and preparing young people for the future.

GoodGuides® Youth Mentoring Program (ages 12-17)Our GoodGuides program matches youth with a trusted adult mentor. This relationship is intended to empower the youth, while inspiring them and giving them a foundation for their future career or the pursuit of higher education.

Goodwill also offers many career and life skills workshops. Again, the focus is to build self-esteem, strengthen social skills and expose them to many different career options.
